The exchange rate - including bank charges - is set monthly by the Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs in Brussels.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VISAS, APPLIED FOR AT TLS, NEED TO BE PAID AT THE TLS OFFICES! PLEASE DO NOT EFT ANY PAYMENT FOR VISA INTO OUR ACCOUNT IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS WITH TLS!

Payment: only by EFT - all payments to be made before applying for visa (please note: if your appointment is at TLS, you will need to pay at the TLS office on the day of your appointment!),  passports, Identity cards, legalizations and documents.

Provide proof of payment (EFT) when handing in your application. The receipt must be legible and must show the date of transfer. Please keep a copy for your own files, as the Consulate general does not return originals neither makes copies.

Strictly no cash payments into account or at the counter!

We also have facilities to pay by card at the Consulate general.
