Visa for Belgium

Applicants for Belgium within the Pretoria jurisdiction (Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North-West, Free State, Kwazulu Natal or Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, Zimbabwe or Mozambique) are invited to apply for their visa using the services of TLS in Centurion, Durban or Bloemfontein.

Applicants for Belgium within the Cape Town jurisdiction (Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape or Namibia) are invited to apply for their visa using the services of TLS in Cape Town or Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).

Before you can contact TLS you need to complete your online visa application form on VisaOnWeb. Remember to write down your VOW reference number as you need this to make an appointment with TLS.

Every person entering Belgium for a short stay (90 days during any 180-day period) must declare their presence within the following three days. 

You can declare your arrival in Belgium online via the electronic form "My address in Belgium" (MAB). You no longer need to declare your arrival in Belgium to the municipal administration of your place of residence.
